Short version: I only want the information needed to run the project. I do not need your card details, home address or date of birth for a free advertising application.
Advertising and personal-message applications
When the public application form opens, it may collect your name, email address, requested display period and the material needed for the advert or message. Your email is used to manage the application and contact you about it; it is not displayed publicly as part of the feature.
LEG IT!
LEG IT! asks for a display name, category and message. Submissions are stored for moderation and only approved content is shown publicly. LEG IT! does not ask for an email address.
Hosting and security information
The service providers used to host and protect this website may process routine technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and requested pages for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
Project notifications and correspondence may be handled through the email services used by Andy’s Leg Billboard. Application details included in those messages are kept only as needed to operate and administer the project.
Images and logos
Approved images or logos may be stored so they can be displayed as part of a featured placement. Material will not be published until it has been manually reviewed.
Retention and deletion
Information will be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to administer the project, maintain necessary records, handle concerns or meet legal obligations. Unneeded test data can be deleted.
Tracking
The current site does not use non-essential advertising trackers. If measurement tools are added later, this notice will be updated before they are used where required.

If you submitted material and want to ask about it or request removal, contact Andy’s Leg Billboard using the same email conversation used for your application where possible.
