Information you provide

If you contact me about advertising, I may receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. I will use that information to respond to you, discuss or administer an advertising booking, keep appropriate business records, and deal with disputes or legal obligations where necessary.

Website technical data

The company hosting this website may process routine server information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and requested pages for security, reliability and operational purposes. Their handling of that information is subject to their own systems and privacy arrangements.

Advertiser links

If you follow a link to an advertiser's website, that advertiser may collect information under its own privacy and cookie policies. Andy's Leg Billboard does not control those third-party sites.

Retention and sharing

Personal information supplied directly to me will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was supplied, record-keeping, or applicable legal requirements. I will not sell personal contact information. It may be shared where reasonably necessary with service providers involved in operating the site or where disclosure is required by law.

Your rights

Contact details for exercising those rights will be provided through the booking/contact channel when that facility is introduced.
